At Hogan Eye, our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized eye care to all of our patients. We are dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Our History
Drs. Donna and Timothy Hogan graduated from New England College of Optometry in 1987. They have owned Hogan Eye Associates, Inc. since 1989, making us the longest established optometric practice in the Concord Heights.

Full Eye Exams
Our comprehensive eye exams include tests for visual acuity, color vision, eye muscle function, and more. We offer both traditional dilation and Optomap retinal imaging to detect eye diseases early on. We also provide diabetic eye exams.
Testing and Treatment for Eye Disease
Both Dr. Donna Hogan and Dr. Timothy Hogan are extremely thorough at testing, monitoring, and presenting treatment plans for a multitude of eye conditions and diseases including glaucoma and dry eye.
Contact Lens Fitting
Our optometrists are experts in fitting all types of contact lenses, including soft, hard, and specialty lenses. We also offer fittings for patients with astigmatism and presbyopia.
Designer Frames
We carry a wide selection of designer frames from pop-culture heavy-hitters like Ray-Ban, Nike, and Oakley, to longtime industry standards like American Optical, Silhouette, and Karavan, to a wide array of independent manufactures such as FYSH, OWP, Dolabany, and Morel. Our staff will help you find the perfect pair of glasses to fit your style and budget.

Emergency Eye Care
We offer emergency eye care services for patients experiencing eye injuries, infections, or sudden vision changes. Contact us immediately for prompt and effective treatment. If you are unable to contact us, please go to your nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care Clinic.
